Submit a Report
Here are instructions for faculty members to submit a report for an award for excellence.
IF YOU SUBMITTED YOUR APPLICATION/PROPOSAL USING MYGRANTS
1. Go to MyGrants.
2. Login with your Tech ID and password (same as you use for submitting grades).
3. From the appropriate grant project in your list of projects, choose "Reporting." Follow this link and fill out your final report. In the "project narrative" section, you can enter your narrative in the text box, or upload a file as an attachment. Further instructions are on that page.
IF YOU DID NOT SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION/PROPOSAL USING MYGRANTS
1. Go to MyGrants.
2. Login with your Tech ID and password (same as you use for submitting grades).
3. Choose "Prepare a new application." In order to submit a report, you first submit an "application," then create your report.
4. Choose your appropriate grant program from the list.
5. Complete the information in each tabbed section, and then "submit for approval." It's pretty quick and easy. You'll have to enter your original budget request into the system. There are additional helpful instructions on the form's Web pages.
6. When you're ready to report, return to MyGrants.
7. From the appropriate grant project in your list of projects, choose "Reporting." Follow this link and fill out your final report. In the "final narrative" section, you can enter your narrative in the text box, or upload a file as an attachment. Further instructions are on that page.
